This challenge is designed to help you reclaim control of your time, clarify your priorities, and take meaningful action toward the life you truly want to create.

Your 7-Day Intentional Living Challenge: Step-by-Step Guide
Day 1: Clarify Your Core Values
Action Steps:
Set aside 20 minutes in a quiet space with a journal or notebook
Write down 5-7 values that matter most to you (examples: family, health, growth, creativity, integrity)
For each value, write one sentence explaining why it's important to you
Keep this list visible throughout the week as your north star
Day 2: Audit Your Time
Action Steps:
Track how you spend your time for one full day (be honest!)
Categorize activities: work, relationships, self-care, personal growth, leisure, obligations
Identify time drains and activities that don't align with your values
Note areas where you'd like to invest more time
Day 3: Set Intentional Goals
Action Steps:
Based on your values, identify 3 specific goals for the next 30 days
Make each goal SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound
Write down the first action step for each goal
Schedule these action steps into your calendar
Day 4: Create Your Ideal Day
Action Steps:
Visualize and write down what your ideal day looks like from start to finish
Include time for work, relationships, self-care, and activities that bring you joy
Identify 3 changes you can make this week to move closer to this ideal
Implement one change immediately
Day 5: Eliminate One Energy Drain
Action Steps:
Identify one activity, commitment, or relationship that drains your energy
Decide: Can you eliminate it, delegate it, or set boundaries around it?
Take action today (have a conversation, send an email, or simply say no)
Notice how you feel after reclaiming this time and energy
Day 6: Build Your Support System
Action Steps:
Identify 2-3 people who support your growth and values
Reach out to at least one person and share your goals or challenges
Ask for accountability or support in achieving your goals
Schedule regular check-ins with your support system
Day 7: Reflect and Commit
Action Steps:
Spend 30 minutes journaling about your week: What did you learn? What shifted?
Review your values, goals, and ideal day
Write a personal commitment statement for the next 30 days
Share your commitment with your support system or on social media to increase accountability
